Study Description: Purpose: To assess beliefs, attitudes and intentions of skilled nursing facility staff, residents and family members concerning COVID-19 testing and vaccination, via survey and using mixed methods. Design and Methods: E-surveys were developed and distributed to measure attitudes about SARS-CoV-2 testing and vaccine uptake among skilled nursing facility (SNF) workers and families. The surveys were distributed in over 50 SNFs across the U.S., with results from 4838 respondents compiled.
